Shipping Options

We ship throughout Germany. For orders within Germany, we offer the following shipping options:

  • Small packages (up to 1 kg): €4.95 (GLS, Hermes, DHL, DPD standard shipping)
  • Packages weighing 1.10–5 kg: €6.95 (GLS, Hermes, DHL, DPD standard shipping)
  • Packages weighing 5.10–20 kg: €27.95 (DHL standard shipping)
  • Packages weighing 20.1–31 kg: €33.95 (DHL standard shipping)
  • Packages over 31 kg (bulky items): 59.95 € (DHL bulky item shipping)

In-Store Pickup

If you’d like to pick up your order in person, we offer this option free of charge. This option is available to all customers, regardless of location.

Processing and Delivery Times

Your order will be processed within 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders received after 4:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day. Packages are delivered Monday through Saturday.
